Frank DeJiulio Jr, the owner and founder of Fortuna Freight Brokers spent his time in the industry as a carrier and fleet owner since 2020. With his hands on experience and knowledge of the car hauling industry, he takes pride in his communication skills and prior experiences as a car hauler to facilitate each transport smoothly, sufficiently, and successfully!

After receiving your quote from one of our agents, we will then commence our services by pairing your vehicle(s) with a prominent carrier to transport your vehicle. Upon carrier assignment, we will get our final price from the carrier! Once we get that final price, we then confirm the price with our client. If the client agrees, a deposit is taken (roughly20-25%) to lock in your spot, rate, and date of your transport, GUARANTEED! Once the deposit is received, the client will receive paperwork such as the dispatch sheet, contract, and certificate of insurance.

*Please note, our initial quote/estimate of your transport is NOT binding. Our quotes are given to give you an idea of what your transport services may cost with the price given for when quoted. Transport rates are subject to change daily, weekly, and monthly based of the current prices of fuel and the market.
Our job as your Broker is to make your life as easy as possible and facilitate your vehicle's transport from start to finish. You will be given a pickup window ETA a day prior to your pickup date. On the day of pickup, dispatch will reach out to you at least 1 hour before their arrival. Once the transporter has arrived, he will need you to be present in order to do his pickup inspection with photos. This inspection documents any pre-existing damages. Once the inspection has been complete, the driver will have you sign off on the car and hand you a Bill of Lading. After pickup, your broker/agent will then send you a link that shows your pickup inspection photos along with a GPS Tracker of the truck in transit!
Throughout your vehicle's transportation, your agent will be giving location updates and ETAs. You will be notified 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to confirm your vehicles delivery time. Once the transporter gets to the location, he will start unloading the vehicle and performing his inspection with photos to document. Once the vehicle has been inspected, the client must complete payment via cash, zelle, cashapp, Venmo in order to release the car into the owners possession. Once the payment has been made, the client will sign off for the possession of their vehicle. **Checks and credit cards are accepted under certain terms.
